Interior Design 2013 international exhibition
The stand concept was designed by YOD Design LAB studio. Its main idea was to creae a massive close space that would attract the audience’s eyes and differentiate the stand among the other presentations.
The stand had a shape of a cube elevated above the flour on tiny legs to the create light concrete image.
We wanted use the intrigue between the visually heavy mass and light construction.
The viewer can see human silhouettes inside the stand through embrasure-shaped window and the entrance group.
This way the stand communicates with the guests and invites them to come in.
In spite of the stand’s close look, the exhibition itself begins right form the entrance, as the front of construction is covered with surface finish Armourcoat Armuralia, that creates maximum similarity to concrete texture.
