"Faktura.UA" has always been supporting restaurateurs in their quest to create a stylish interior. After all, the main requirements for any successful restaurant are the kitchen, the chef, the concept and the outlet design. The speakers were: Galina Frunze, owner of the restaurant "Under Wonder", talked about the love for work, underlining that only a labor of love could bear fruit in the future. Taras Sereduk, ideological inspirer and co-founder of the family of restaurants MAFIA, CASTA, HLW, etc. For him, designer + restaurateur = synergy, because a designer cannot create a successful restaurant without an experienced restaurateur. Yuri Priemsky, chef at “Odessa Restaurant”, owner and restaurant “Karkas”, shared his thoughts about the winning relationship between a chef and a restaurateur. Ivan Litvinenko, architect, founder of the architectural studio ILDesign, talked about the design that inspires.
