A presentation by Victoria Alekhina, the professional architect with a twenty-year experience and an interesting and colorful personality. In her presentation titled "A customer for life, where is his button?", Victoria talked about her philosophy consenting the clients and the architect’s profession as a whole. She also shared some of her bright projects and complex problem solving cases. "An architect is not a service job.
