1. What was important for you when choosing a company?

First and foremost, the quality of the work is important. Also no less important is the reputation of the contractor company in the construction market, its credibility and responsibility.

2. In your opinion, what are the advantages of decorative plaster, namely the British decorative materials Armourcoat?

The customer received what he was expecting - excellent performance, neatly selected color pallet and excellent service.

3. What decorative effect did you want to create with our coatings? Did the result correspond to your idea?

We tried to recreate the effect of suede for a cozy room. The color and texture had to correspond to the previously selected wallpaper. Through experiments we have achieved the desired result.

In another room, we reproduced a warm Mediterranean stone combined with a wall painting. This combination was also very successful.

4. What you didn’t like about the work with the Decor Studio "Faktura.UA":

- sales department:

On the whole, everything is fine. We did not like overpricing during spot increments and corrections of defects that arose after the completion of work, including after the furniture installation.

- technical department:

Overall, okay. All done relatively quickly, the shortcomings that arose during the work were immediately corrected.

5. Additional comments

In general, the cooperation and service are excellent. The price is really high, not all customers like it, but the service and quality cannot be cheap.
